Mike joined LearningMate in February 2022 and brings with him over 25 years of experience in IT Service Management and IT Transformation, having held senior positions in Retail, Higher Education, Further Education, and Legal Tech sectors. Being a leader with a customer centric focus, Mike strives to help new and existing clients fulfil their own digital innovation/transformation strategies and goals.

Mike has a unique insight into the benefit LearningMate can bring to an organisation as he has three different perspectives of engaging with LearningMate; firstly as a client from his time working in a UK HE institution, secondly partnering with LearningMate as a consultant and now as an employee.

Although he has a wealth of experience across a number of sectors and is a leader in his field, Mike’s current focus is supporting institutions in the UK Higher Education sector in their digital transformation via our Managed Services proposition.
