Elton Daddow

Elton has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development, predominantly in the Higher Education sector in the UK and Europe. He relishes forging enduring partnerships and relationships with clients and colleagues throughout what has to date been a very rewarding and enjoyable career. He joined LearningMate in November 2022.

He spent the first 16 years of his career in a range of customer-centric focused roles, most notably climbing an exciting career ladder at FTSE100 Pearson throughout their own digital transformation to becoming the leading digital content and assessment provider in the education sector. In the latter years there he was privileged to head up and build a sales function at Pearson’s own College, growing and motivating a successful, sales-focused student recruitment team for visual effects and business courses (Masters programs and Short Courses) whilst overseeing their degree apprenticeships B2B sales team in terms of sales focus and pipeline management.

Elton has an enduring passion for supporting and encouraging people to succeed in their lives and careers through the power of education and technology enhanced learning and teaching initiatives in particular, making him perfect for the role of Director of Partnerships UK for LearningMate, working with future and existing partners to deliver against ambitious long and short-term digital transformation and student experience objectives.
